HIMATEX coordinates key production stages and works with specialized partners for processes such as knitting and dyeing where required, delivering dependable quality for bulk and export orders.
Quality manufacturing begins with raw material control. We coordinate fabric sourcing, knitting and dyeing through production partners where required, and verify yarn count, fiber integrity, and knit/weave density before fabric rolls enter cutting and stitching. From heavyweight cotton fleece to stretch interlock and cotton twills, materials undergo shrinkage testing and colorfastness checks.
Computerized marker planning ensures maximum yield and minimal fabric waste. Multiple fabric plies are aligned smoothly on long cutting tables. Precision cutting ensures that garment panels match grading specs perfectly across all sizes from XS to 5XL.
Our stitching floor is configured into modular lines specialized for activewear, heavy fleece hoodies, cargo trousers, and knit gloves. Experienced operators handle flatlock athletic seaming, 4-thread overlocking, high-density embroidery, zipper installation, and waistband insertion.
Before packing, every garment undergoes comprehensive finishing: loose thread trimming, high-pressure steam pressing, dimensional measurements, and thorough visual scrutiny for stitching irregularities.
Garments and textile items are individually folded, packed into branded polybags or recyclable pouches, and labeled with EAN/UPC barcodes. Units are systematically packed into heavy-duty 5-ply or 7-ply export corrugated cartons ready for sea container loading or air freight.
